One Team. One Family. One Force!
“Build the Player. Grow the Person. Strengthen the Team.”
About the Force
The Force is a 13U travel softball team made up of girls from Noblesville, Fishers, Westfield, and the surrounding Hamilton County area. In our first year together, we’re focused on building more than just a competitive softball team—we’re building a group of players who enjoy being together, support one another, and share a love for the game.
Our program emphasizes fundamentals, softball IQ, teamwork, effort, and personal growth. We want our players to become more confident athletes while learning how to compete, communicate, overcome challenges, and be great teammates. We believe success isn’t measured only by the scoreboard, but by the progress our girls make throughout the season.
Most importantly, we want softball to be something these girls look forward to. We’ll work hard, compete hard, celebrate each other’s successes, learn from our mistakes, and have plenty of fun along the way.
One Team. One Family. One Force.
Fall 2026: Back to Basics!
This fall, our focus is on building a strong foundation. We’ll emphasize fundamentals, softball IQ, conditioning, communication, and teamwork while helping each player grow in confidence. Our goal is simple: master the little things, play the game the right way, and have fun getting better together.
Spring 2027: Ready to Compete
This spring, we’ll put our fall development into action through scrimmages and tournament play. We’ll continue competing at the 13C level while challenging the girls with select 14C and potentially 13B tournaments. The focus will remain on development, teamwork, and confidence while giving the girls opportunities to test themselves against stronger competition.
Our Coaches: Committed to Their Growth
Our coaches are dedicated to creating a positive environment where every player has the opportunity to learn, improve, and build confidence. We focus on fundamentals, softball IQ, teamwork, accountability, and effort, while recognizing that every athlete develops at her own pace. Our commitment goes beyond wins and losses—we want to challenge our girls, support them, and help them become better players, better teammates, and confident young women who continue to love the game.
